I think I'll do a brief one on it.
First to the two of you who wondered why I didn't attempt to go over to Ann's, good question. There is a good answer: I don't live in her city. I do not live near her city. I would need to fly to get there.
Second, why didn't I call the police? I actually did. After I made a call to the veterans.
Third, why I called who I called?
C.I. and I know two of them. One of them C.I. knew because of road work (C.I. knew him from speaking out against the Iraq War on the road). I knew the other because after he returned from Iraq, he wanted to help other veterans and a mutual friend set us up so we could discuss different issues. I worked with him for about two weeks which was more of a brush up because he had a license already. So during that, C.I. visits me because she's coming through the area. We have dinner at my place and he's staying there. So we're all talking and C.I. goes last (she always does). She's mentioning the cities she's spoken in that month because he'd asked her to grade the experience so far. One of the cities was his home town.
C.I.: "You want to move back to ___ someday and you've got ___ experience?"
He says yes. C.I. says, "I know someone you need to meet." So the two met up and meshed and they have a business in Ann and Cedric's city.
